Why We Exist
Although 26% of U.S. adults identify as disabled, only 5% of MBA students disclose a disability. Less than 1% of Fortune 500 executives identify as disabled. Many students do not request accommodations due to stigma or lack of information. Enable MBA exists to change that.
We are building the first comprehensive support ecosystem for disabled MBA candidates. By connecting students with schools, employers, and mentors, we are creating a more inclusive future for business leadership.
